If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will gladly accept returns within 30 days of your order shipment date. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days. All merchandise must be in resalable condition and with tags still attached. Returns will be processed within 14 days of receipt.
All return items must be pre-authorized by a customer service representative. Please contact us at email@example.com with order number in the subject line of the e-mail. Customers are responsible for additional shipping costs for any returned orders or corrected addresses.
Customers are fully responsible for inputting the correct Shipping Address before completing orders. Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once processed and shipped.
Only items sold within the U.S. will be accepted for returns/exchanges. Purchases made from our retail stores cannot be returned/exchanged through our online shop.
