Your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to exchange the item for you to better meet your needs and taste. We will gladly accept returns within 30 days of your order shipment date. No refunds will be accepted after 30 days. Returns will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned merchandise.
Items must be returned in NEW (unused, untested, original tags, and resalable) condition. Generally, as a ‘rule-of-thumb” you return the items to us the same way we sent them to you – in the same condition and with all original contents.
All returns must be pre-authorized by a T&C Surf Designs customer service representative. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will need to provide your full name, order number, and reason for return/exchange. We will not accept any returned merchandise without prior written communication; orders sent without prior communication will not be processed for return or exchanged and will be at the customer’s expense. Customers are responsible for any and all return shipping costs. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
Only items sold within the U.S. will be accepted for returns. Purchases made from our retail stores cannot be returned/exchanged through our online shop.
If an item comes damaged as a result of shipping, please contact us immediately. DO NOT discard the shipping box/package to facilitate the investigate process if necessary. Please take pictures of your box/package and damaged merchandise.
