Return & Exchange Policy
Online Returns: Your satisfaction is our top priority. We will gladly accept online returns within 30 days of your order shipment date. No online refunds will be accepted after 30 days (Holiday orders will be extended to 60 days). Returns will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned merchandise. Refunds can take up to 30 days to see the amount on your account, depending on your bank.
Items must be returned in NEW (unused, untested, original tags, and resalable) condition. Generally, as a ‘rule-of-thumb” you return the items to us the same way we sent them to you – in the same condition and with all original contents. If we receive items in conditions that don't meet our return requirements, we will decline the return and it will be at the customer expense.
Customers are responsible for any and all return shipping costs.

Online Returns at T&C Surf Store: You can return online orders at one of our T&C Surf stores. Please be sure items are new/unused, have original tags and in resalable condition. Copy of invoice and the original card used for payment must be present to complete the transaction.
In-Store Purchase Returns: Purchases made from our retail stores CANNOT be returned/exchanged through our online shop. Please check your receipt for the return policy or visit/contact our retail stores.
Damaged Packages: If an item comes damaged as a result of shipping, please contact us immediately. DO NOT discard the shipping box/package to facilitate the investigation process if necessary. Please take pictures of your box/package and damaged merchandise.
